Create New Apple ID On iPhone, iPad or iPod In iOS 10.3 or Later
Step1: First of all, Open setting. Its gray app that contains gears and which is located on your home screen.
Step2: Tap sign into your iPhone. It is located at the top of the menu.
If another Apple ID is currently log-out in and you want to create a different one, tap that user’s Apple ID and then, tap sign-out at the bottom of the apple ID menu.

If you run the older version of iOS, instead tap iCloud and then, tap create a new Apple ID

Step4: Tap on creates Apple ID.

Step6: Tap Next, which is located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step7: Enter your first name and last name. type them in their respective field.

1: Use your current email address:
If you are using an existing email address, then use your current email address.
2: Get a free iCloud email address:
If you create a new iCloud email address, tap get it a free iCloud email address and follow the on-screen instruction.
Step10: Just you have to Enter your email address. This email address will be your Apple ID.
Step11: Click Next, which is located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step12: Enter and verify a password
Type correctly your password in the labeled fields. Your password must be at least 8 characters or more. (including numbers, upper-case letter or lower-case letter) without space.
Step13: Tap Next, which is located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step14: Select your country. If it is not auto-filled for you then tap on the field next to “country” and tap the country associated with your phone number.
Step15: Enter your phone number. If it is not auto-filled for you, tap the filled next to “number” and type in your phone number.
Step16: Select a verification method. Tap either text message or phone call to indicate how you would like Apple to verify your phone number
Step17: Tap Next, which is located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
A verification or confirmation code will be sent to you by message or through a phone call.
Step18: Enter the six-digit code, you received and then click Next.
If you have received the verification code through text, then your phone can recognize it and auto-fill it for you.
Step19: Review the terms and conditions
If you prefer to have them sent to you by email, tap sent by email at the top of the screen.
Step20: Click on Agree, which is located in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Step21: click on Agree
If you do not automatically log into iCloud, enter the email you used to create your Apple ID and password in the labeled fields.
Step22: click on signing, which is located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
The screen alternates with the “Log into iCloud” message because it accesses your information or data during the sign-in process.
Step23: You have to Enter your iPhone passcode.
This is the Unlock code that you set up on your device when you set it.
Step24: Merge your Data
If you like any calendars, reminder contacts, notes or other information or data previously stored on your phone to be merged with your iCloud account.
